1. Nature of Platform
This website is an online digital catalogue and wholesale enquiry platform. Submitting a requirement list does not constitute a legally binding online purchase or sale contract. All transactions, quantity confirmations, wholesale rates, and delivery terms are finalized offline between Shreeram Sales and the customer.
2. Reference Catalogues & Trademarks
Product names, models, photographs, and specifications extracted from supplier catalogues (including Line Pro / DPL, Jain Safety, Agarson, and other manufacturers) are presented for product identification and specification reference. Shreeram Sales is a wholesale supplier and trader.
3. Pricing & Product Availability
Prices are not published online. Real wholesale rates depend on order quantities, delivery destination, and current manufacturer stock. Actual availability is confirmed during direct phone/WhatsApp communication.
4. Offline Business Deal Completion
Upon submitting a requirement, Shreeram Sales will connect with the contact person provided to process the order offline in accordance with standard Indian commercial wholesale trading practices.
